I’m Janet Sierra Rodriguez, MS, OTR/L, CHT, an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with more than 16 years of experience in orthopedic and upper-extremity rehabilitation.
I created Golden Light OT for individuals who value exceptional care, personal attention, and the convenience of receiving therapy in the comfort and privacy of their own home.
There are no crowded waiting rooms, rushed appointments, or one-size-fits-all treatment plans.

Meet Janet
Janet Sierra Rodriguez, MS, OTR/L, CHT
Janet is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with more than 16 years of experience specializing in orthopedic and upper-extremity rehabilitation.
She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida and earned her graduate degree from Florida International University (FIU). In addition to her clinical practice, Janet serves as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University, where she shares her expertise in upper-extremity rehabilitation and hand therapy with future occupational therapists.
Throughout her career, Janet has had the privilege of working alongside highly respected and world-renowned orthopedic and hand surgeons, including Dr. Jorge Orbay, Dr. Francisco Rubio, and Dr. Elizabeth Ouellette.
Today, through Golden Light OT, Janet brings that depth of clinical experience directly to her clients through personalized, concierge occupational and hand therapy. Her approach combines advanced clinical expertise with compassionate, one-on-one care—helping clients restore function, confidence, and independence in the comfort and convenience of their own environment.
